Cold Vulcanising Materials
We offer a very high strength Chloroprene based two part Cold Vulcanising Solution for
Vulcanizing EP / N&N / Flexowall Belts of following Grades:
a. M24 Grade
b. HR Grade
c. SHR Grade
Hot Splicing Kit for Fabric Ply /Flexowall Belts:
Our Hot Splicing Kit consisting Cover Compound, Cushion Compound and Hot Solutions are
manufactured under strict quality control and to meet customers’ specific requirements.Our Splicing Kits confirms to DIN 22102 Part 3 and IS 14206:2001 (Part 1).
Steel Cord Splicing Kits:
We offer High Pull-out Strength Steel Cord Splicing Kits suitable for vulcanising Light, Medium &
Heavy Duty Steel Cord Belts including Pipe Conveyors. Our Splicing Kits coinfirms to
DIN 22131Part 4.
We offer pre-cured rubber sheets as per our customers’ requirements – Plain or Diamond Grooved or Ceramic embedded and with various widths and thicknesses. We can also offer Continuous length rolls.
Moulded & Extruded Rubber Products:
We also offer other rubber products such as recapping sheets, rubberised ply, skirt and scrapper
Rubber and other extruded and moulded products.
Hot Vulcanising Press
Oyster offer complete range of hydraulic cylinder type vulcanising equipments for steel cord and fabric ply conveyor belt splicing and repair work. Combination Platen configurations are available to cover wide range of belt specifications. Heaters are provided with air cooling attachment for forced air cooling of heaters. Special grade aluminium alloy cylinders to withstand high pressure. Light weight, semi automatic control panel to control temperature.
